The SZS series gas-fired hot water boiler adopts the forced circulation in the high-temperature zone in the boiler proper to ensure that the heating surface of each part can be reliably cooled without vaporization and also ensure the safe and stable boiler operation. The use of clean energy natural gas, combined with a large furnace space and an advanced low-NOx burner, can ensure the sufficient fuel combustion and make the NOx emission in the boiler exhaust gas less than 30mg/m3 to reduce the environmental pollution.

The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

Located in South Asia, Bangladesh mainly relies on agriculture to develop national economy. A local enterprise RRP Agro Farm’s purchased ZOZEN’s SZL series coal-fired boiler out of the demands of heat supply for feed production. ZOZEN provided a complete set of design scheme of coal-fired boiler system for the feed production line of this company. This set of boiler’s thermal efficiency was 5% higher than other similar products on the market. What’s more, ZOZEN also customized the dust removal equipment that adopted the multi-tube plus water film dust cleaning design for RRP Agro Farm’s, flue pipe steam boiler.

In the future, ZOZEN Boiler will further expand the business in the Colombian market, and use Colombia as the entry point to gradually radiate markets in Brazil and Chile, which is expected to open up a new situation in the South American market.
