Recently, the overall boiler system solution customized for the base by ZOZEN was highly efficient and environmentally friendly, which was more than 5% higher than the average measured thermal efficiency of conventional boiler systems in the industry. ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater is a kind of horizontal square-coil chain grate boiler. It is pre-assembled, so the chain grate and boiler proper are separated for shipment. The boiler adopts the chain grate for mechanical coal feeding, the forced and induced draft fans for mechanical ventilation and the slag discharger for mechanical slag discharge. During operation, the fuel falls from the coal hopper onto the grate for combustion. The high-temperature flue gas is reflected from the back arch to the front of the furnace and enters the furnace. After the radiant heat exchange, it enters the convective heating surface for convective heat exchange and then goes to the waste heat boiler, air preheater and dust collector. Finally, the flue gas is drawn by the induced draft fan through the chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere.

ZOZEN circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts the low-temperature fluidized combustion technology, which is a new and mature clean technology with low pollution. The circulating fluidized bed boiler can realize low-NOx emission at no cost by itself and the direct desulfurization during the combustion process to solve the SO2 and NOx emission problems. The direct desulfurization in the furnace is relatively simple and lower in cost compared with the flue gas purification technology at the boiler end, work of steam boilers.

The high-precision processing boiler parts brought by digitization are the quality assurance of boiler welding and assembly. ZOZEN Boiler introduces 600 pieces of advanced CNC and digital equipment, including high-speed CNC surface drilling machine, CNC drum drilling machine, 3D laser cutting machine, 4-axis CNC tube bending machine, Φ168 CNC cubic tube bending equipment, 100mm three-roller CNC universal plate rolling machine, serpentine tube production line, CNC coil production line, membrane wall production line and so on. Currently, ZOZEN’s CNC cutting rate has reached 80% and above.
