Pom Packaging company fully affirmed ZOZEN's expertise in biomass boilers after in-depth technical exchanges, and then ordered multiple sets of 15tph SZL series biomass steam boilers.

The SZS series gas-fired hot water boiler adopts the forced circulation in the high-temperature zone in the boiler proper to ensure that the heating surface of each part can be reliably cooled without vaporization and also ensure the safe and stable boiler operation. The use of clean energy natural gas, combined with a large furnace space and an advanced low-NOx burner, can ensure the sufficient fuel combustion and make the NOx emission in the boiler exhaust gas less than 30mg/m3 to reduce the environmental pollution.

ZOZEN circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts the low-temperature fluidized combustion technology, which is a new and mature clean technology with low pollution. The circulating fluidized bed boiler can realize low-NOx emission at no cost by itself and the direct desulfurization during the combustion process to solve the SO2 and NOx emission problems. After the automatic function is turned on, the controller can also automatically control the system according to the mode set by the user to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
