The DZL series biomass-fired horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler is pre-assembled boiler with a capacity of 2-20 tph (hot water boiler: 1.4-14MW) and a thermal efficiency of over 88%. By extending the furnace arch, increasing the furnace height and adjusting the width and length of grate, ZOZEN takes the lead in solving the problems that easily occur in biomass-fired boilers such as furnace arch collapse, furnace door burnout, hopper tempering and tube wall coking. It has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.
ZOZEN’s biomass-fired chain grate boilers have significant advantages such as wide fuel adaptability, low original emission concentration, low operating costs and simple operation. Based on the development of environmental protection, ZOZEN Boiler has been designing and manufacturing chain grate boilers very early. At present, the company’s biomass-fired chain grate boilers have formed a series of industrial boilers including DZL, SZL, DHL, SHL, etc. They can ensure fuel’s sufficient combustion when burning shaped biomass fuel pellets or directly burning biomass bulk materials. The biomass-fired boilers designed by ZOZEN adopt advanced arch design, original membrane wall structure, special slag removal technology and reasonable grate sealing structure with outstanding performance advantages.
The waveform stove furnace is an important part of the WNS series of oil-fired/gas-fired boiler. This part is directly exposed to the radiation of high-temperature flame and erosion of high-temperature flue gas. The use of the axial expansion and contraction of waveform stove furnace can reduce the thermal stress generated by the shell, tube plate and furnace itself, and more importantly, reduce the stress concentration caused by the elongation of furnace at the connection between furnace and tube plate. At the same time, the waveform stove furnace strengthens the flue gas disturbance, effectively improves the heat transfer effect of unit area and volume, and further improves the thermal efficiency of boiler.
Located in South Asia, Bangladesh mainly relies on agriculture to develop national economy. A local enterprise RRP Agro Farm’s purchased ZOZEN’s SZL series coal-fired boiler out of the demands of heat supply for feed production. ZOZEN provided a complete set of design scheme of coal-fired boiler system for the feed production line of this company. This set of boiler’s thermal efficiency was 5% higher than other similar products on the market. What’s more, ZOZEN also customized the dust removal equipment that adopted the multi-tube plus water film dust cleaning design for RRP Agro Farm’s.
