2020 is the start year of the construction of ZOZEN Boiler’s lean factory. As one of the key tasks of this year, based on the successful application of MES (manufacturing enterprise production process execution management system) informatization, ZOZEN Boiler will adhere to the lean management concept to build the digital lean factory, and implement the standardization of operation and workflow in every process of production and operation.

On December 16, the owner and agents made a field visit of the informationalized plant of ZOZEN Boiler, and formally signed a purchasing contract with ZOZEN Boiler on the WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers, 6 tons textile mill steam boilers.

ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler has sufficient output and high thermal efficiency. The boiler is packaged with a compact structure, so it has relatively low construction costs. The boiler is a horizontal three-pass water and fire tube chain grate boiler. In the single drum with a longitudinal layout, threaded smoke tubes from the convection heating surface, while the boiler drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface in the furnace. The boiler thermal efficiency can reach 82% and above.

With the intelligent control system, it can adjust the combustion according to changes in working conditions to effectively reduce the energy consumption for users.

The longitudinal and circumferential seam welding of ZOZEN adopts advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to ensure the welding quality. All longitudinal and circumferential seams are subjected to 100% radiographic inspection.
