On August 25 of 2020, Wuxi ZOZEN Boilers Co., Ltd. officially held the quality management mobilization meeting. On November 14, a large-scale environmental protection inspection of coal-fired boilers was carried out locally in Afghanistan, and a large number of factories that did not meet environmental protection standards were closed. At the same time, the SZL series of coal-fired boiler customized by ZOZEN Boiler for Baheer Group passed the environmental protection inspection because of its sufficient output, high combustion efficiency and ultra-clean flue gas emission, different type of gas boiler.

ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler has sufficient output and high thermal efficiency. The boiler is packaged with a compact structure, so it has relatively low construction costs. The boiler is a horizontal three-pass water and fire tube chain grate boiler. In the single drum with a longitudinal layout, threaded smoke tubes from the convection heating surface, while the boiler drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface in the furnace. The boiler thermal efficiency can reach 82% and above.

The structural design focuses more on details. The sealing of both sides of membrane wall and drums adopt comb plate. The boiler features a drainage system of condensation water in convection zone to prevent the corrosion of furnace body by acid condensate. Advantages: reduce the frequent maintenance of furnace and extend the boiler working life.

In order to ensure the accurate air distribution of biomass fired boilers, the production department of ZOZEN pays great attention to the first step in boiler manufacturing. The steel plate is cut by American Pegasus underwater plasma cutting, whose processing accuracy can be controlled within 1 mm.

After it is delivered to the boiler room of the Myanmar factory, it can run automatically with water, electricity and oil supply when the start button is pressed, different type of gas boiler.
