The WNS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler is a kind of fire tube wetback boiler with a two-pass or three-pass structure. It is equipped with foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct to lower the exhaust temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small covering area, short installation period, easy operation and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.
The IoT solution of ZOZEN Boiler has multiple subsystems such as equipment monitoring, expert management and so on. The boiler operator can monitor the overall operating status of boiler in real time through PC, APP and large screen, which realizes the real-time upload of fault alarms and video monitoring. At the same time, a boiler expert management knowledge base is established for common problems and treatment measures during boiler’s operation, which makes it possible for plan checking and expert online diagnosis, realizes the intelligent and precise management of each production base and further reduces the operating cost and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
After the raw materials are transported to the workshop, steel plates will be precisely cut by the plasma cutting machine according to design drawings. The cut steel plates after finishing three processes of rust removing, edge milling and chamfering will be rolled into workpieces for making drums by this advanced four-axis rolling machine. ZOZEN’s CNC rolling machine can complete the rolling of a drum shell within 90 seconds with a largest thickness of 100mm, an out-of-roundness and angular deviation within 1mm. Its advantages include the predeformation and cylindrical rolling of two plate ends via one-time load, arc work, shaping and leveling work on the sheet metal. It has the effects of direct pre-bending, saving time and materials to ensure the smooth progress of next welding process and further ensure the welding quality.
As one of the project cores, the gas-fired boiler with a rated pressure of 3.82 MPa and a rated steam temperature of 450°C is a mid-temperature and mid-pressure boiler, which puts forward high requirements for the manufacturer’s comprehensive strength.
