ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. It uses threaded smoke tube for heat transfer and manages to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. The economizer is installed at the tail of boiler, giving the boiler a compact size. The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

The boiler hydrostatic test is a test of strength and tightness with pressurized water after the boiler or components are assembled. The main purpose of the hydrostatic test is to test the tightness and compression strength of boiler pressure-bearing components, tell whether there is leakage of welding seams, flange joints and pipe expansions, and watch the deformation conditions of pressure-bearing components with naked eyes. Practice has proved that the boiler defects can be found through the hydrostatic test, and the safety of boiler operation can be ensured after the corresponding measures are taken in time. Therefore, the hydrostatic test is an important step and means to ensure the safe boiler operation.
