It also has the functions such as absolute rating alarm and interlock protection to ensure the safe operation of the whole boiler system.

The main advantage of circulating fluidized bed boilers lies in the direct control of pollutant discharge during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The furnace temperature of a conventional boiler is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while the furnace temperature of a circulating fluidized bed boiler is in the lower range of 800-900°C, which can reduce the generation of NOx; meanwhile, SOx can be removed during fuel combustion by adding low-cost limestone in the circulating fluidized bed boiler.

In order to improve the coal adaptability of industrial boilers, ZOZEN Boiler designs the adiabatic furnace, water-cooled furnace, adiabatic arch, water-cooled arch and so on; meanwhile, ZOZEN can adopt different furnace structures according to the calorific value, volatile content, and coking characteristic index of the coal provided by customers to meet the different coal use requirements.
