Recently, three sets of customized ZOZEN gas-fired boilers have been delivered after passing the quality tests. The boilers will enter the installation phase in late March when arriving at the UYUNI port.This project is located at the Uyuni Salt Flat, the largest salt flat in the world with the largest lithium reserves. Once the installation is completed, the boiler project will provide a reliable heat source for the new plant of YLB and assist the development and commercialization of salt-flat resources.

ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler has sufficient output and high thermal efficiency. The boiler is packaged with a compact structure, so it has relatively low construction costs. The boiler is a horizontal three-pass water and fire tube chain grate boiler. In the single drum with a longitudinal layout, threaded smoke tubes from the convection heating surface, while the boiler drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface in the furnace. The boiler thermal efficiency can reach 82% and above, high quality oil fired condensing boilers.

ZOZEN coal-fired boilers have the technical advantages of sufficient output, low emission and good energy-saving effects. They have a high degree of automation to realize the mechanization of fuel supply, ash and slag discharge. More importantly, the thermal efficiency of ZOZEN customized coal-fired boiler system is 5% higher than that of the conventional boiler system. In addition, ZOZEN coal-fired boilers have wide fuel adaptability: circulating fluidized bed boilers can be fueled by coal, gangue, refuse, and sludge; chain grate boilers can be fueled by bituminous coal, meagre coal, anthracite, which can be widely used in various industries, high quality oil fired condensing boilers.

The boiler body adopts high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and fire clay to keep the temperature of boiler body below 45℃ and effectively control the heat loss. The overall shot blasting, rust removal and painting can ensure the beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance of boiler.
