ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired boiler focuses on the details of structure design. The comb-shaped plates are used for welding and sealing between the membrane walls and drums. It also designs the condensate drainage system in the convection area to prevent the acidic condensate water from corroding the furnace body, which can effectively reduce the maintenance work and extend the service life of the boiler.

The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation.
