During the processing of broilers, whether it is retort sterilization, baking and cooking, or heating and drying, the heat source provided by the steam boiler is required. ZOZEN successfully won the full recognition of the Chia Tai Group with its systematic solutions, and became the  General Contractor of Jilin Zhengda Boiler, providing it with three 1.2 million kcal gas-fired thermal oil heaters, including pipe laying from the boiler room to the production floor, thermal efficiency heavy oil fired steam boiler.

ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. It uses threaded smoke tube for heat transfer and manages to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. The economizer is installed at the tail of boiler, giving the boiler a compact size. Meanwhile, sound automatic control system enables unattended operation.

The structure and operating principle of organic heat carrier boiler cause that the exhaust gas temperature at its end is around 300°C and result in a huge waste of heat energy. In order to reduce heat loss, ZOZEN technicians add a variety of energy-saving devices at the end of boiler’s flue gas duct to improve the overall thermal efficiency of organic heat carrier boiler through the recovery and utilization of high-temperature flue gas, which helps many companies to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.

The header is not an independent component, but a component consisting of water-cooled walls, economizer, superheater and other components. Therefore, there are water-cooled wall header, economizer header, superheater header and so on. The function of header is to collect or distribute the steam and water working medium, reduce the transmission and connection pipes of working medium, reduce the number of drum holes, so as to improve the safety performance of drum.

The project leader of Baheer Group in Afghanistan attached great importance to this project. He checked on-site for many times, so he saw and remembered engineer Hao’s work attitude. Out of the recognition of ZOZEN technology, the project manager temporarily decided to hand over the production of boiler’s flue gas and air ducts to ZOZEN Boiler.
