The YQW series gas-fired organic heat carrier boiler adopts a three-pass round coil structure. The coil end adopts a necked coil which can effectively protect the furnace wall at the boiler end. It is equipped with the advanced combustion device and automatic boiler operation system. The flame formed by the fuel combustion fills the round coil and transfers the radiant heat via the coil wall, which is the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion gathers at the rear furnace door and turns into the second pass where is the convention tube bundles area. After the convection heat exchange, the flue gas gradually cools down and then turns into the third pass via the front furnace door where is the bundles area. Finally, the flue gas passes the economizer and is exhausted into the atmosphere via the chimney.

The IoT solution of ZOZEN Boiler has multiple subsystems such as equipment monitoring, expert management and so on. The boiler operator can monitor the overall operating status of boiler in real time through PC, APP and large screen, which realizes the real-time upload of fault alarms and video monitoring. At the same time, a boiler expert management knowledge base is established for common problems and treatment measures during boiler’s operation, which makes it possible for plan checking and expert online diagnosis, realizes the intelligent and precise management of each production base and further reduces the operating cost and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.

During the production process, the CNC cutting rate of ZOZEN has reached more than 80%, which provides a strong guarantee for the welding and assembly quality of the boiler. Compared with flame cutting, the underwater plasma cutting used by ZOZEN has no deformation and splashing, which further improves the assembly accuracy between the components of the boiler, thereby achieving accurate assembly of the entire boiler, natural gas boiler burner.
