ZOZEN’s YQ(Y)L series oil-fired/gas-fired vertical thermal oil heater adopts three-pass round coil structure whose end adopts conical coil which can effectively protect the furnace wall at the end of boiler. It is equipped with advanced combustion device with good energy saving and environmental protection performance. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, low pressure and high temperature, safety and efficiency, high thermal efficiency over 95%, and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.

Adding flue gas to the combustion air to reduce the oxygen content in the combustion air and lower the flame temperature at the combustion center, so as to greatly reduce the generation of NOx. At the same time, superimposed use of world advanced technologies such as staged combustion of ultra-low nitrogen burner and internal flue gas circulation realizes the stable and low emission of NOx.

The boiler hydrostatic test is a test of strength and tightness with pressurized water after the boiler or components are assembled. The main purpose of the hydrostatic test is to test the tightness and compression strength of boiler pressure-bearing components, tell whether there is leakage of welding seams, flange joints and pipe expansions, and watch the deformation conditions of pressure-bearing components with naked eyes. Practice has proved that the boiler defects can be found through the hydrostatic test, and the safety of boiler operation can be ensured after the corresponding measures are taken in time. Therefore, the hydrostatic test is an important step and means to ensure the safe boiler operation.
