Recently, ZOZEN successfully got the bid for the packaged boiler project of Inner Mongolia Xinwei Chemical. As the first winning project of ZOZEN, the project was of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of ZOZEN.

Since its establishment in 2018, the E-commerce department of ZOZEN has been devoted to developing the domestic and overseas markets and has obtained outstanding achievements. The domestic trade department, a subsidiary of the E-commerce department, was established at the end of 2019 out of the company's development needs. It only took four months for the domestic trade department to got the first order.

Invested by Tianjin North Food Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Xinwei Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. This time, Xinwei Chemica planned to invest a total of 500 million yuan in Wuhai to build 4 production lines for the production of sodium cyclamate, the chemical cyclohexylamine, the pesticide allyl benzothiazole (OZB) and pesticide intermediate products.   

It was understood that these products are low-toxic, safe and environmentally friendly, which can fill the gap of low-toxic pesticides in rice. The chemical intermediate products are raw materials of saccharin and cyclamate. As a key heat source facility, the industrial boiler plays an important role in the production process of the products.

After fierce biddings, the gas-fired boiler solution of ZOZEN with good environmental protection performance got the favor of Xinwei Chemical. The two sides reached the first cooperation.

ZOZEN customizes the WNS series gas-fired packaged boiler solution for Xinwei Chemical

Xinwei Chemical has set clear requirements for the WNS series gas-fired boiler project. The boiler should use the hydrogen-enhanced coke oven gas as the boiler fuel. The rated evaporation capacity of the boiler should be 10t/h. The rated steam temperature should be 210℃. In addition, the steam pressure and load output should be controllable to ensure the stability of the production line.

ZOZEN has a strong R&D team and a complete R&D system. ZOZEN customized the boiler according to the actual needs of Xinwei Chemical and the high sulfur feature of the coke oven gas. The exhaust gas temperature is designed not less than 150℃, which can avoid the sulfuric acid corrosion caused by low exhaust gas temperature, improve the boiler thermal efficiency and save operation costs.

At the same time, the use of the PLC control system has realized the fully automatic remote control of the boiler. Through the monitor, the PLC system can monitor all the online operation condition of boilers and auxiliary machines.
