Recently, ZOZEN cooperated with Baixiang Food Group to promote the transformation and development of the enterprise. Baixiang Food Group is mainly engaged in the development and production of instant food. Nanjing Baixiang Food Co., Ltd. is the production base of Baixiang Food Group in East China. It has 14 domestic advanced automated bagged and barreled instant noodle production lines.

As early as 2017, ZOZEN reached a cooperation with Baixiang Group, and successively provided WNS series gas-fired steam boilers for its subsidiaries in Shanxi, Henan and Shaanxi. This time, ZOZEN became the boiler equipment supplier of Nanjing Baixiang Food and provided WNS series low Nox gas-fired steam boilers again.

In addition, the front and rear smoke boxes of WNS series gas boilers are filled with multi-layer aluminum silicate fibers and then insulated with high temperature refractory mud to reduce heat loss and improve boiler thermal efficiency. In terms of installation, this series of boilers not only occupies a smaller area, but also has the characteristics of quick installation structure, which shortens the installation cycle. ZOZEN successfully assited Nanjing Baixiang Food to complete the low NOx boiler retrofit within the required time.
