In June, ZOZEN Boiler's technical engineers are guiding the installation of biomass-fired boilers in Turkey for several local projects. They will be stationed at the project site for another month until finishing boiler commissioning and putting into operation smoothly.

ZOZEN biomass-fired boilers sell well overseas

ZOZEN Boiler spent great efforts on the R&D design work of biomass-fired boiler. With the cooperation with famous university, ZOZEN Boiler sets up the special research on the biomass-fired boilers, which successfully solves the common technical difficulties. The biomass-fired boiler manufactured by ZOZEN Boiler has a wide range of fuel application, also the performance of thermal efficiency is outstanding. Recently, in Ankara, Turkey, the boiler body, combustion equipment and auxiliary machinery of several biomass-fired boiler projects of ZOZEN Boiler have been in place and have successfully entered the installation period. The high technical standard of the whole projects needs technicians with rich experience to guide on site, therefore, ZOZEN Boiler sent technicians to the project site in Turkey.

The project is a biomass boiler power generation project contracted by Turkey HENDESE company. As a steam equipment driving screw generator to generate power, ZOZEN biomass-fired boiler plays a crucial role.

The flue gas enters the convention area from furnace outlet, and the dust in the flue gas directly falls into the ash hopper at the bottom of convention area. It solves the ash accumulation problem in the convention area of biomass-fired boiler from the perspective of structure. At the same time, considering the low ash content of biomass, there is basically no ash layer on the grate after combustion, and the grate is heated at a high temperature. The grate is made of high temperature resistant materials, which prolongs the service life of the grate and meets the high requirements of biomass power generation system for boiler stability.
