In the production of rubber products, a large amount of steam is required for drying, calendering, vulcanization and other processes, and the steam load is extremely uneven, so the requirements on steam pressure are very strict. In this project, ZOZEN provided the SZL series water tube steam boiler for Yunmeng Rubber Company. The boiler is mainly composed of the boiler proper and grate. After the boiler parts are delivered to the site, the boiler installation can be completed by assembling the boiler parts together, building the front and rear arches and so on, which realizes the single-layer layout of large-tonnage coal-fired boiler with low construction costs and short installation cycle.

In order to improve the fuel adaptability of the boiler, ZOZEN technicians also design the insulated furnace, water-cooled furnace, insulated arch, water-cooled arch and so on. According to different fuels' calorific value volatile contents and coking characteristics, ZOZEN can select different furnace structures to ensure the sufficient output and high combustion efficiency of boilers.
