Recently, ZOZEN and Veolia (Harbin) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. reached a cooperation on the WNS series gas-fired low NOx hot water boiler project, and achieved the expected goal of clean heating. The two sides havel contributes to the sustainable development of green.

Veolia (Harbin) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture wholly owned by Veolia Group. On October 20th, the company's heating service has officially met the standards, and a total of about 250,000 users in its area have enjoyed the warmth.

Among them, the heating station of the Seattle Water Bank Community is the first gas-fired boiler project of ZOZEN and Veolia (Harbin) Thermal Power. This project is also the first ultra-low NOx emission project in the urban heating industry in Harbin. ZOZEN built a complete boiler system including multiple sets of WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers for this community. This project has outstanding advantages in reducing air pollution, controlling costs and more security.

In terms of air pollution reduction, ZOZEN WNS gas-fired hot water boilers adopt large-capacity full-corrugated furnace with advanced low NOx burner, which not only enhances the flue gas disturbance, but also effectively improves the heat transfer effect and realizes the NOx emission below 30mg/Nm³ .

In terms of operating cost reduction, ZOZEN has improved the tube bank of the radiant section, the convection section and the roof tube bank device, while reducing the exhaust gas temperature, the boiler thermal efficiency is increased to over 98%.

In terms of boiler safety, ZOZEN fully automatic intelligent control and safety detection device realize automatic adjustment and protection of combustion, water level and temperature, ensuring stable and safe operation of the boiler and ensuring the indoor heating quality of residents.
