ZOZEN Provides 8 Gas Boilers for Agricultural industry

Beiwei (Yi 'an County) Green Organic Food Co., Ltd. was established in 2021, with a total investment of 671 million yuan to build a quick-frozen fruit and vegetable project for fresh corn, which can realize the annual processing of 500 million ears of fresh corn, 15,000 tons of quick-frozen corn kernels and 10,000 tons of quick-frozen vegetables.

ZOZEN cooperates with Beiwei company

The production workshop has advanced automatic sterilization production line and quick-frozen tunnel production technology, and the processes of cooking, blanching and sterilization can't be separated from the support of high-temperature steam.

This project is equipped with 8 sets of natural gas boilers to supply steam for different workshops, with a total heat supply of 50 tons. ZOZEN has taken over the supply of all boilers. Besides the production, ZOZEN Boiler is also responsible for a series of services such as transportation, installation and commissioning of boilers, so as to provide after-sales support throughout the whole life cycle of products.

ZOZEN gas steam boiler protects food safety

According to the technological characteristics , ZOZEN provides WNS series gas steam boilers. This type of furnace is a horizontal wet-back fire tube boiler, with corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tube as heat transfer elements, and the heat transfer efficiency is high.

The low-nitrogen combustion technology of ZOZEN strictly controls pollutant emissions and meets the requirements of environmental protection. In terms of control, the boiler adopts an automatic control system, and with a perfect safety alarm device, the staff can monitor every link of the boiler and steam transmission in real time by sitting in the centralized control center, which ensures stable heat supply.
