I. Project Background:
Elementis Specialties Anji Ltd was founded in 2008 and is a foreign-funded enterprise under Elementis Group, a London-listed company. The company mainly produces organobentonite products. The products are mainly used as thickening and anti-settling additives for paints and inks.
In order to meet the increasing demand for heat and steam in the workshop, Elementis purchased a set of WNS series steam boiler system with high quality from ZOZEN Boiler.

ZOZEN Boiler provides the SZS series gas-fired steam boilers, its capacity ranging from 20 tons/hr to 110 tons/hr. The boiler is favored by many chemical enterprises because of its high safety, reasonable design structure and outstanding thermal efficiency.
The customer expressed concern over continuing high energy consumption, therefore, ZOZEN Boiler recommended the energy-saving boiler system. The WNS series gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler adopts the imported low-NOx burner, also, the boiler structure is optimized by the design team of ZOZEN Boiler. The large-diameter furnace makes the sufficient steam storage area and heating area. It produces efficient and high-quality steam.
The customer company invested 4 thousand tons of food grade chrysanthemum processing project to meet the increasing market demands. During the process, the fresh chrysanthemum shall be processed through several stages of production, which requires a large amount of steam as the heat source. This time, the customer ordered a set of ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler.
Wuyang Dou Er Ge Food Plant mainly engaged in operating egg food processing. In the egg processing, it must be steamed and boiled twice at high temperature, the first step is to fully cook the food, the second step is to sterilize it with high-temperature steam, therefore, the steam quality has a direct impact on the taste and quality of the food. When purchasing the steam boilers, the customer clearly defined the high requirements for steam quality. According to the customer’s demand, ZOZEN Boiler recommended the WNS series steam boilers.
Jiangsu Danmao Textile Co., Ltd., founded in 1981, is a leading domestic wool fabric manufacturer for high fashion and provides the fabric manufacturing services for world-renowned brands and major retailers. It is mainly engaged in the processing of Australian wool including top dyeing, recombing, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, and other processes. It is worth mentioning that Danmao Textile's high-quality wool fabric depends on the advanced production equipment and supporting hearing equipment - industrial steam boiler which can provide the heat source for dyeing and finishing, drying and other production processes.
Weifang Huabao Textile Co., Ltd., founded in 2004, is jointly invested by Changyi Huabao Textile Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Aosen International Co., Ltd., which mainly engages in the weaving, dyeing and finishing of high-end fabrics. The steaming and drying processes of dyeing and finishing need a continuous and stable heat source. The huge heat energy consumption puts forward higher requirements for the industrial boiler equipment. Therefore, after careful consideration, Weifang Huabao Textile decided to introduce two sets of YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater from ZOZEN Boiler, which helped the company successfully compete the "coal to gas" project, greatly reduce the energy consumption and further realize the green and sustainable development.
