ZOZEN SZS series condensing gas-fired boilers are typical high-efficiency, energy-saving and environment-friendly boilers with large furnace volume, sufficient radiant heating surface, sufficient fuel combustion and high thermal efficiency of 98%. With advanced combustion equipment, the emission of nitrogen oxides can be less than 30 mg/nm3.
ZOZEN Boiler has designed a technical scheme for the project, including 3 sets of SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers and 1 set of WNS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler, of which two medium-temperature and medium-pressure SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers are used to cooperate with steam turbine for power generation.

On December 14 of 2020, ZOZEN issued the new morning meeting system with standardized process to clarify the meeting contents including work arrangement, process, safety management, site management and company notification. The morning meeting can give the feedback of problems in work to workers to help them solve these problems and cultivate a good teamwork spirit.
In order to meet the demands of the project to construct a comprehensive PVC resin production plant with an annual output of 60,000 tons in Mekele, Ethiopia, China CEC Engineering Corporation purchased 3 sets of SZL series coal-fired chain grate water tube steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler who had completed the shipment recently. ZOZEN SZL series coal-fired steam boiler has the sufficient output, a high degree of automation and a high thermal efficiency of over 82%. In order to improve the fuel utilization, there are multiple separate air chambers and air dampers installed at the lower part of the grate to achieve the precise air distribution to meet the demands of air volume needed by fuel in each combustion stage. ZOZEN Boiler also customized the dust removal, desulfurization and denitration equipment at the end of the boiler to ensure that the exhaust gas emission of the boiler could meet the local environmental protection standards.
