During the production of Alpha GPC, the process of evaporation and concentration requires high temperature steam provided by steam boilers. In order to respond to the call of clean production, Foman Biopharma selected a set of ZOZEN boiler which used natural gas as fuel. Meanwhile, ZOZEN customized the WNS series gas-fired boiler solution according the actual steam needs of Foman Biopharma. This series of boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers. With a three-pass design, the boiler adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace. A combination of threaded flue tubes and smooth flue tubes is designed to increase the flue gas flow and optimize the heat transfer effect.
