The heat exchange surface of the thermal oil heater adopts multi-loop round coil tube structure, which features high security and sufficient heating surface. The waste heat boiler, air pre-heater and economizer are installed on the tails of the thermal oil heater to effectively improve the thermal efficiency (The thermal efficiency of ZOZEN thermal oil heater can reach up to 95%). Moreover, this kind of thermal oil heater adopts perfect running control and safety monitoring device, which can control working temperature strictly and guarantee the safe operation.
