In order to meet the growing market demands, the customer company ordered a set of 4-ton gas steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler. The steam boiler has different functions in different steps of the food processing. In the cooking, steam boiler realizes the cooked food processing with high temperature steam; in the distillation, steam boiler is used to separate water from food, and the original flavor of food is preserved by distillation, which also provides preparation for the next step of processing; In the drying, steam boiler provides heat and steam for drying and disinfection treatment to meet food requirements. Therefore, the steam boiler quality affects the following process and product quality to a certain degree.
Huzhou Chuanyuan Food Co., Ltd. is an export enterprise of perilla, with salted perilla as its main product, and Japan as its main export market. Japan has strict regulations on imported food.
