Food Processing Industry 2-Ton Green Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

Huzhou Chuanyuan Food Co., Ltd. is an export enterprise of perilla, with salted perilla as its main product, and Japan as its main export market. Japan has strict regulations on imported food. Therefore, Chuanyuan Company has cooperated ZOZEN Boiler with a set of two-pass gas-fired steam boiler, which is mainly used for sterilization, disinfection, drying and other technical aspects.

II. Solutions:

The structure of this boiler is optimized by the professional design team of ZOZEN Boiler. The boiler is consist of corrugated furnace, threaded smoke tube, economizer, burner and the insulated and stainless steel shell.

Also, this series of boiler can choose various of fuels, such as the natural gas, biogas, coal gas, diesel and heavy oil. According to the load condition of the boiler, the fuel gas quantity and blower air volume are automatically adjusted to obtain a reasonable air-fuel ratio and to improve the boiler efficiency. The thermal efficiency is tested to reach over 98%. The advanced low-NOx burner on the boiler effectively inhibits the generation of nitrogen oxides, and helps enterprises realize the green production.
