Pakistan Soap Factory 6-Ton Coal-Fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

MMC IMPEX CHEMICAL PVT LTD is a local enterprise specializing in soap manufacturing and processing in Pakistan. This is the first time to cooperate with ZOZEN Boiler. MMC first learned about ZOZEN Boiler through online information, and finally chose ZOZEN Boiler as its boiler supplier by comparison.

According to the production line, MMC ordered a set of 6-ton coal-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler provides the SZL series coal-fired steam boiler for the customer. The capacity of the boiler ranges from 4 tons/hr to 35 tons/hr, and the working pressure is 1 to 2.5 MPa. With the wide range of fuels, bituminous coal, lean coal and anthracite are suitable for the boiler, users in Pakistan can choose the fuel according to the actual demand.

Different delivery methods can be adopted according to the boiler capacity. The boiler with capacity of 4-6 tons/hr adopts quick fitting pipe structure, the boiler with capacity of 6-35t/h is composed of 2 main components. The upper part is the heating area, and the bottom part is the combustion device.

According to different capacity, different numbers of independent wind bins of the grate are set from front to back. Users can reasonably distribute the air according to different combustion conditions to ensure that the fuel is fully burned, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach over 82%.
