Field erected boilers installation sequence

1. Installation of boiler body of field erected boilers;
2. Installation of economizer and condenser;
3. Installation of platform ladders;
4. Installation of piping, instrument and valve;
5. Installation of burner and fuel pipeline system of field erected boilers;
6. Installation of FD (ID) fan, flue gas duct and water inlet and outlet pipeline.

Installation of economizer, condenser and air preheater

Hoist economizer and condenser of the field erected boilers to economizer foundation or economizer support of boiler body and adjust the position according to the general drawing and foundation drawing. Hosting can be done on the four lifting lugs at the top of economizer and condenser. Economizer and condenser alignment items and permissible deviation must be according to design documents. 

 

Expansion joint direction of air pre-heater should be correct and the connection should be sealed and shall be no air leakage phenomenon. After air preheater is assembled, its verticality shall be ≤1/1000. Deviation range between center line and the center line of the frame column should be ±5mm and the top elevation deviation shall be <15mm.

Installation of platform ladders

Platform ladders of field erected boilers should be inspected and accepted according to drawings before installation and be installed at site according to drawings. Platform, bracket, ladders, railings, etc should be welded firmly. Installation should be straight, rail welding joint should be smooth and turning point should be smooth and aesthetic. Platform bracket should be firmly welded on steel frame when installed and welding on guard plate or decorative molding is strictly forbidden.

Installation of burner of field erected boilers

1. Burner of the field erected boilers should be installed in accordance with requirements of burner installation and operation manual.
2. Burner should be installed in the center of the reserved front wall hole, the embeded length should comply with the design requirements and the fixation should be reliable.
3. Burner center deviation shall not be more than +2mm and air adjustment actuator should be flexible.
