ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired boiler is an environment-friendly boiler that is jointly developed by ZOZEN and Shanghai Jiaotong University. According to different characteristics of biomass fuels and different burning rates, ZOZEN rationally arranges the heating area of the furnace arch, furnace wall and furnace to ensure the combustion efficiency and design evaporation. This series of circulating fluidized bed is low-temperature combustion. It can desulfurize directly during the combustion process. Besides, the technology and equipment are simple and economic, and the desulfurization efficiency is high. Meanwhile, high temperature cyclone separator in combination with the design of big furnace and low flow rate prolongs the time of coal particles stayed in the furnace, which can ensure complete combustion of coal and effectively improve the thermal efficiency of boilers. In addition, multiple baffle plates are designed on the convection heating surface, which increases the flue gas flow and reduces the dust. Moreover, serpentine tube economizer and air preheater further improve the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler to more than 89%.
