  • YQ(Y)W series gas-fired/oil-fired horizontal thermal oil heater 2018-07-02
The YQW series oil/gas thermal oil boiler adopts a two or three passes round coil structure. The end of the coil tube is tapered, effectively protecting the end furnace wall of the boiler. It is equipped with advanced combustion equipment, and the operation of the boiler is fully automated. The boiler is shipped as a whole and can be put into operation just by connecting the gas (oil) and electricity after it is in place on the site.
  • YQ(Y)L series gas-fired/oil-fired thermal oil heater 2018-07-02
The YQL series oil/gas thermal oil boiler adopts a two-pass round coil structure.
  • YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater 2018-07-02
The YLW series thermal oil heater, with its horizontal layout and square coil tube design, uses a chain grate system for efficient fuel combustion. It incorporates mechanical features for solid fuel feeding, ventilation, and slag removal. During operation, fuel undergoes radiation and convection heat exchanges, proceeds to the waste heat boiler, and subsequently moves to the air preheater and dust remover. The remaining flue gas is then expelled into the atmosphere, resulting in optimal heat transfer and efficient industrial heating.
  • RYQ series molten salt heater 2018-07-02
ZOZEN's molten salt heaters utilize a heat medium of molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite. The heater elevates the molten salt beyond its melting point, enabling a circulation pump to propel it into a flowing and recyclable system. This medium is then further heated within the heat carrier furnace for continuous use. It typically operates between 400-550℃, with a maximum of up to 600℃.
