1 tph tailor-made type WNS series gas-fired steam boiler project of Jiangsu and CAS

Research Center for Clean Energy and Power, Jiangsu and CAS is a provincial scientific research institution approved by the Office of Organization Establishment Commission of Jiangsu Province. It is responsible for the part construction of high-efficiency and low-carbon gas-fired steam turbine testing apparatus assigned to Jiangsu Province, which is a national key scientific infrastructure project whose impersonal entity is Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, CAS. In the construction, several small test beds required sufficient and stable steam support, so the Center purchased a set of high-efficiency and stable WNS series steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler.

According to the Center's actual steam demands, ZOZEN Boiler customized a whole set of WNS series natural gas fired steam boiler system. The boiler adopts the large-diameter corrugated furnace and high-efficiency heat transfer component threaded smoke tube to increase the furnace heating surface and improve the boiler thermal efficiency. The advanced low-NOx combustion technology can not only ensure the sufficient combustion of natural gas, but also reduce the generation of NOx to make the NOx emission concentration less than 30mg/Nm³. It is also worth mentioning that this set of WNS series is the brand new 2021 tailor-made type. Its black and red appearance is professionally designed by ZOZEN Boiler. Now, the boiler has completed the installation and commissioning under the technical guidance of ZOZEN technicians, and has kept the stable operation at the Center.
