29 MW Gas-fired Hot Water Boiler Project in Heating Industry

I. Project Background:

The customer is a large-scale cross-regional and cross-industry design group, and it has undertaken the local key livelihood project-coal-to-natural-gas transformation project. In this project, the heat source station is reformed, the pulverized coal boiler with heavy pollution and backward technology is eliminated, and the clean and efficient gas-fired hot water boiler is selected as the core heating equipment.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired hot-water boiler can burn a variety of clean energy sources, and users can choose the appropriate fuel according to local environmental protection policies and actual needs. The double-drum D-type arrangement structure with large-diameter furnace design and full membrane water cooling wall, enhances the air tightness and heating effect, which ensures the thermal efficiency up to 95%.

The advanced low-nitrogen burner used in the boiler can not only ensure the full combustion of fuel, improve the utilization rate of fuel, but also control the generation of nitrogen oxides from the source, and control the NOX emission below 30mg/Nm³, thus helping enterprises to produce green and efficient products.
