4.2MW and 2.8MW Gas-Fired Hot Water Boiler For School

I. Project Background:

There are several kinds of function areas in school, such as the teaching area, bath area, canteen and dormitory, each area has different requirements on the hot water temperature. This time, Guyuan No. 8 Middle School ordered two sets of WNS series hot water boilers from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

The WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler of ZOZEN Boiler adopts advanced low-nitrogen burner, which can effectively reduce the generation of nitrogen oxides while fully burning fuel, and has excellent performance of environmental protection. With the high-efficiency heat transfer element threaded smoke tube independently developed and designed by ZOZEN Boiler, the heat transfer can be enhanced and the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach to more than 95%.

Also, WNS series boiler adopts full-automatic control system, boiler internet of things, which can remotely monitor the boiler status. Both sets of boilers can be adjusted and controlled according to the different temperature demand in different periods, which effectively solves the problem of the changing demand for hot water in different seasons and avoids wasting resources.
