Electronic Industry Gas-Fired Steam Boiler and Hot Water Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

Luxcaseict mainly produces and sells metal structural parts for 3C products such as computers, communications and consumer electronics.

The company built a new plant with an area of 850,000 square meters. According to the demand of heat for production and living, LUXCASEICT purchased a batch of gas-fired steam and hot water boilers from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler provided 4 sets of steam boilers and 4 sets of hot water boilers for the customer. The series of boiler introduces the abroad advanced boiler structure, after the optimization of ZOZEN designer, the boiler structure becomes safer and more reliable.

This series also adopts the advanced low-NOx burner, with the economizer at the end of the boiler flue, which reduces the exhausted gas loss and improves the thermal efficiency up to 98%.

At the same time, the automatic control system of the boiler is designed with the interlocks protection, which guarantees the safety and stable operation of the boiler.
