4 tph WNS series gas-fired fire tube boiler project for food industry

ZOZEN stood out in the in the competitive bidding competition with rich industry experience and systematic Solutions and provided Fulin Zhacai with 2 sets of 4 tph WNS series gas-fired steam boilers (WNS4-1.25-Q). This series of gas-fired boilers adopts full corrugated furnace to enhance the flue gas disturbance; large-capacity furnace ensure the sufficient steam storage space and heating surface, enabling the boiler to generate high quality steam efficiently; the boilers is equipped with a low NOx burner to achieve the NOx emission below 30mg/Nm3; in addition, the tail of the boiler is installed with the economizer and condenser to increase the temperature of the feed water by utilizing the waste heat from flue gas of the boiler tail, the thermal efficiency can be raised up to 98%.
