Autoclaved Aerated Concrete 15 TPH Biomass Steam Boiler Project

I. Problem:

Because the customer company is located at the end of the natural gas pipeline, there is often insufficient natural gas heating or lack of air pressure throughout the year, which seriously affects the production. Therefore, the customer decided to add a biomass boiler as a backup in the heating project.

II. Solution:

According to the customer's actual working conditions and needs, ZOZEN Boiler has designed a biomass boiler with a capacity of 15 tons/hour, which will be used as a backup boiler when the pressure of natural gas is insufficient.

The biomass boiler is the patent product of ZOZEN DZL series biomass boiler, with the patent number ZL202021166009.7. DZL series biomass boilers mainly solve the problem of frequent boiler shutdown and ash removal, and also have the advantages of wide fuel application range, high thermal efficiency and convenient installation on site.
