Case introduction

I. Project Background:

After the completion of edible oil product deep processing project, it can produce 100,000 tons of various oils and fats annually. Different production workshops are set up in this project, and the production lines in different workshops have different requirements for heat supply. ZOZEN Boiler designed a set of gas-fired steam boiler and thermal oil heater for the customer.

II. Solutions:

The design plan is adopted according to different system requirements of customers and different production line processes. The thermal efficiency of WNS series gas steam boiler is as high as 98%, while the working temperature of YY(Q)W series thermal oil heater can reach 320℃. Both sets are equipped with advanced automatic control system and safety interlock device.
