PVC Firm 4 Million Kcal Gas-Fired Thermal Oil Heater Project
Case introduction

I. Project Background:

The client is a national-level high-tech enterprise specializing in producing all kinds of film cloth. The annual output of PVC film is 28,000 tons, and all kinds of medium and high-grade laminating cloth and hot melt cloth are more than 75 million square meters. In order to meet the heat demand of the production line, the customer ordered a set of gas-fired thermal oil heater system from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

The thermal oil heater from ZOZEN Boiler adopts the structure of three-pass round coil tubes, and the arrangement of heating surfaces is sufficient, which reduces the heat load on the tube surface and makes the operation safer.

The boiler can stably supply heat up to 320℃ in low pressure environment, with precise temperature control and high heat utilization rate. At the same time, this series of heat-conducting oil boilers adopt horizontal structure, and the compact structure greatly saves the floor space of the boiler room, with short installation period and convenient operation and maintenance of the boiler.
