Siemens Industrial Turbo Machinery (Huludao) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of Siemens in China. The company is located in Huludao High-tech Development Zone, covering an area of 110,000 square meters. The company mainly manufactures compressors and drives steam turbines. To expand the local production capacity, the customer purchased a series of advanced production equipment, including SZS series gas boilers of ZOZEN Boiler.

According to the production technology and characteristics of the customer company, ZOZEN Boiler has tailored a set of SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler system.

ZOZEN SZS series boilers are widely used in all walks of life, such as chemical industry, food industry, rubber industry, building materials industry, textile industry, etc. These industries have high demand for the quality and temperature of steam. ZOZEN SZS series boiler system is equipped with superheater to heat saturated steam into superheated steam to meet the needs of users from all walks of life.

At the same time, this series of boilers are equipped with economizer and condenser. The boiler is designed with membrane wall and large furnace, and the exhaust gas temperature is reduced to improve the heat transfer efficiency. The actual test shows that the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach over 98%.
