What are the installation and using tips of storage tank of thermal oil heater?

When using the thermal oil heater, users often add some auxiliary device to the boiler for more stable and safe operation. This is an introduction about the installation and using tips of thermal oil heater's auxiliary device.

The storage tank, an auxiliary device of thermal oil heater, must be placed in the thermal oil heater's heating system to remove the heat conduction oil in a convenient way. Meanwhile, the storage tank should be separated from the thermal oil heater with a wall.

The volume of storage tank should be more than 1.2 times of the total volume of organic heat carrier in the boiler. What's more, the upper part of storage tank should be added with an exhaust pipe which is connected with a safe place, so the diameter of exhaust pipe should be larger than that of expansion pipe.

The matched storage tank of thermal oil heater should be added with stop valve in the inlet and outlet of heat carrier. If the distance between pump and boiler is less than 5 meters, stop valve can not be added. Besides, the thermal oil heater should be added with exhaust valve to discharge the gas regularly during boiler's operation.

The exhaust pipe of exhaust valve should be connected with the fixed container and the exhaust pipe of liquid phase furnace can be directly connected with the atmosphere, but the distance between it and the fire or heat source must be controlled. What's more, insulation measures should be taken on each connection pipe of thermal oil heater except the flange junction.

When the thermal oil heater is in the stage of ignition and pressure rising, the exhaust valve should be opened for many times to remove the air, water and mixed steam; and the temperature and pressure related to boiler operation should be in accordance with the corresponding relationship to stop exhausting gas for normal operation.
