As a kind of energy conversion equipment, the industrial boiler's conversion efficiency is naturally as high as possible, but the heat loss in the actual use of the boiler system is difficult to avoid. During the operation of the boiler, the temperature of the furnace wall and the outer wall of the boiler body is always higher than the temperature of the surrounding air, which will cause heat loss and heat dissipation loss. Boiler insulation
Generally, the boiler insulation qualification standard requires that the surface temperature of the furnace wall should not exceed 45℃, or not higher than the ambient temperature of 25℃. The local temperature of coal-fired boilers is relatively high, and the state stipulates that the furnace top temperature should not exceed 70℃.
The influencing factors of boiler insulation and heat dissipation loss are related to the boiler surface area, insulation degree, outside air temperature and air flow speed.
The boiler is insulated by thermal insulation cotton, refractory mud and refractory bricks, among which thermal insulation cotton is divided into rock wool, aluminum silicate fiber cotton, aluminum chlorate fiber cotton and so on.
