What are the operating conditions of boiler MFT protection?

MFT means the main fuel trip. To put it simply, when the protection signal is activated, the control system automatically cuts off the boiler fuel system and links the corresponding systems and equipment, so that the whole thermal system can be safely shut down, the boiler can be protected, and the fault can be prevented from further expanding.

Under any of the following conditions, the boiler MFT protection action condition can be triggered:

(1) two blowers are stopped.

(2) Two induced draft fans are stopped.

(3) Two air preheaters are stopped.

(4) Two primary fans are stopped.

(5) The furnace pressure is extremely high.

(6) The furnace pressure is extremely low.

(7) The drum water level is extremely high.

(8) The steam drum water level is extremely low.

(9) All three water circulating pumps are stopped.

(10) the total wind m of the boiler is lower than 30%fMCR.

(11) fuel loss.

(12) Fire extinguishing in the whole furnace.

(13) Loss of cooling air for fire detection.

(14) press MFT button by hand.
