What are the operation steps of discharging water after boiler shutdown?

(1) Gradually reduce the boiler load until it is in a low flame state.

(2) Manually close the fuel supply valve, stop the combustion, purge after the program enters, until the end of the purge, stop the program such as burning heavy oil, and enter the line sweeping stage before stopping the combustion, and purge with steam or light oil pipe; Generally, steam purging is used when stopping for a long time.

(3) Stop air supply and close the steam valve. For boilers with superheated steam, open the steam trap of superheater outlet header for 30 ~ 50 minutes to cool down the superheater, and close the continuous drain valve at the same time. But don't use the boiler for quick cooling.

(4) The air pressure should not drop too fast. Before it drops to atmospheric pressure, the boiler should be monitored.
