The parameters of a set of 2 tph gas-fired steam boiler
The main parameters of a set of 2 tph gas-fired steam boiler are evaporation capacity, gas consumption, thermal efficiency and exhaust gas temperature. Before the boiler room construction, the boiler length, width and height as well as chimney should also be considered.
Evaporation capacity: 2 tons of steam per hour (2 t/h)
Thermal efficiency: above 98%
Exhaust gas temperature: lower than 60℃
*Exhaust gas temperature is an indicator of boiler's efficiency and energy-saving performance
Fuel consumption: a set of 2 tph gas-fired steam boiler can consume 140.3 cubic meters of fuel gas per hour. There are differences in fuel consumption due to different boiler manufacturers and manufacturing technologies.
