The precautions for purchasing the thermal oil heater
1) Temperature. According to the production demands for temperature, if the oil working temperature is about 350-400℃, it is better to choose biphenyl and biphenyl ether low-melting mixed type thermal oil heater.
2) Conditions. If the thermal oil heater is used in the North, it is better to choose the thermal oil heater with good liquidity at low temperature to facilitate the start of the equipment.
3) Requirements. When choosing the thermal oil heater, it is better to choose the one with high boiling point due to the higher the boiling point, the lower the steam pressure, which will be more convenient for us to use the thermal oil heater.
4) Economic benefits. In addition to the cost performance, it is also necessary to consider the service quality of boiler manufacture including the quality of boiler commissioning and maintenance.
