With air emission regulations constantly changing, ZOZEN Boiler has adopted new ways to keep up with more stringent standards. China Academy of Space Technology is China's main space technology and product development base. Recently, the overall boiler system solution customized for the base by ZOZEN was highly efficient and environmentally friendly, which was more than 5% higher than the average measured thermal efficiency of conventional boiler systems in the industry. Therefore, ZOZEN won unanimous praise from the review experts, and finally realized the first cooperation with the China Academy of Space Technology.

By technological innovation, ZOZEN has designed a new generation biomass-fired boiler, and is suitable for all kinds of biomass materials (such as: rice husk, wood bits, palm shell, cotton straw etc.) to have burning experiment, the result will be the basis of design. Advantages: Full combustion of fuel, increase comprehensive heating efficiency of boiler.

AO《NAVOIYAZOT》is a leading chemical company in Uzbekistan, mainly engaged in production of mineral fertilizers and chemical reagents. Steam boilers provide heat energy for chemical production processes such as polymerization, drying and dehydration. ZOZEN reached a cooperation agreement with Navoiyazot based on its good market reputation and high professionalism in Russian-speaking region. ZOZEN customized the SZS series gas-fired boiler system solution for Navoiyazot. 

The structural design focuses more on details. The sealing of both sides of membrane wall and drums adopt comb plate. The boiler features a drainage system of condensation water in convection zone to prevent the corrosion of furnace body by acid condensate. Advantages: reduce the frequent maintenance of furnace and extend the boiler working life, cold boiler.

At present, the blanking rate of ZOZEN's sheet metal has reached more than 80%, and a large-scale welding and assembly process revolution has been performed. Mechanical automatic welding is used to realize the assembly mold, and gradually reduce the traditional processing methods of scribing assembly and eliminating scribing errors. Meanwhile, the company's use of advanced measurement and testing equipment also provides a strong guarantee for manufacturing high-quality products, cold boiler.
