The price of fuel is constantly fluctuating and with it comes creative ways to be more economical. Finding methods to be more energy efficient is never a waste of time. In the boiler room, efficiency improvements can be found by many sources, however, a common option for energy savings includes the use of an economizer. NOW, ZOZEN will help introduce the economizer. The economizer is a fabricated assembly of finned tubing that captures waste heat extracted from the boiler’s stack flue gases the exhaust that leaves the boiler stack.

During the processing of broilers, whether it is retort sterilization, baking and cooking, or heating and drying, the heat source provided by the steam boiler is required. ZOZEN successfully won the full recognition of the Chia Tai Group with its systematic solutions, and became the  General Contractor of Jilin Zhengda Boiler, providing it with three 1.2 million kcal gas-fired thermal oil heaters, including pipe laying from the boiler room to the production floor.

The former part of ZOZEN SZL coal fired boiler body is surrounded by membrane wall, its upper part connects with boiler drum and lower part connects with header, which forms a combustion chamber to absorb the radiated heat from furnace there are dense convection tube bundles between the back side of upper and lower drum, the high temperature smoke enters a separate economizer after flushing heat absorbing surface then discharge from chimney, neuron boiler.

Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc.

neuron boiler, ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

ZOZEN has set up a total of seven process stopping points throughout the production process, which are strictly controlled by different engineers, independent of each other and supervised each other, so that problems can be found and solved in time. If any workpiece is unqualified, it cannot enter the next process, which is the quality control of the entire production process of ZOZEN.
