Discover China ordered one set of 20tph gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN.

ZOZEN SHL series boiler is the bulk industrial boiler with dual boiler cylinders and transverse arranged, as well as the natural cycling coal combustion water pipe boiler. The transverse upper and lower boiler cylinders and water cooling walls together form the silo type furnace, together with convection pipe bundle and collection chest to form the boiler body frame.

Steam boilers provide thermal energy support in the process of feed granulation. After combustion, there is almost no ash left on the stoker, so stoker should adopt proper high temperature resistance material to work under high temperature radiation.

ZOZEN thermal oil heater is equipped with a variety of waste heat recovery devices. The heat loss is reduced through the recovery and utilization of high temperature flue gas waste heat, and the overall thermal efficiency of the thermal oil heater is increased to more than 95%, which is better than the overall industry level.
