ZOZEN SHL series boiler is the bulk industrial boiler with dual boiler cylinders and transverse arranged, as well as the natural cycling coal combustion water pipe boiler. The transverse upper and lower boiler cylinders and water cooling walls together form the silo type furnace, together with convection pipe bundle and collection chest to form the boiler body frame.

They adopt single-drum structure and a chain grate. The heat transfer coefficient of threaded smoke tubes is 1.8 times higher than ordinary tubes. In order to expand the capacity, PT. New Hope Indonesia introduced ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler to provide efficient and reliable heat source guarantee for feed production. 

ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.
