In the process of smelting molten steel, pouring steel ingots, and producing finished castings, a large amount of steam is consumed. The superheated steam generated by the boiler provides the required thermal energy for its process. Through open bidding, ZOZEN stood out among many boiler manufacturing enterprises with its own technical advantages and quality assurance, and provided China Second Heavy Machinery Group Corporation with a large superheated steam boiler.

ZOZEN SHX series CFB boiler, evaporation capacity from 10- 75 tph, with steam pressure 1.25-2.5 Mpa and the steam temperature is saturated steam and superheated steam. Hot water boiler 7-58 MW, supplies 130℃/150℃ hot water. Under pressure of 1.0-1.6 Mpa, the returning water temperature is 70℃/90℃. CFCB technology is a new type and mature high efficient, low pollution and green technology, 2 ton biomass fired boiler.

Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc.

The structural design focuses more on details. The sealing of both sides of membrane wall and drums adopt comb plate. The boiler features a drainage system of condensation water in convection zone to prevent the corrosion of furnace body by acid condensate. Advantages: reduce the frequent maintenance of furnace and extend the boiler working life.

During the production process, the CNC cutting rate of ZOZEN has reached more than 80%, which provides a strong guarantee for the welding and assembly quality of the boiler. Compared with flame cutting, the underwater plasma cutting used by ZOZEN has no deformation and splashing, which further improves the assembly accuracy between the components of the boiler, thereby achieving accurate assembly of the entire boiler.
